One of the things I miss terribly in Colorado is good Mexican food. There are many good taquerias in Santa Cruz, but this is my favorite. Everything is fresh, the beans are cooked fresh after soaking, freshly squeezed jugo de naranja, outstanding salsa bar. The food comes out fast, hot and muy sabroso.
